    On The Commons is a weekly radio show dedicated to discussing the many issues surrounding mandatory homeowner associations, the fastest growing form of residential housing in the nation.

    We all love stories and the horror stories in associations are no exception. I am often asked to tell these tales of woe and to those who are only vaguely familiar with HOAs, the horror stories are more a form of entertainment than an education of the big picture changes taking place on a daily basis. However, these horror stories serve to detract us from the more major issues facing us.

    On The Commons is broadcast every Saturday from 2-3 PM ET on WEBR Fairfax Radio. In the Northern Virginia area, On The Commons can be heard on Cox Cable, Channel 37 (channel 7 without a box) and Comcast channel 27, live on http://stations.swcast.net/urbancowgirl777 and on www.onthecommons.com soon after. He has spent 30 years researching the causes for America's spiritual and moral decline.
